Serving the Community
Our team of providers are motivated individuals who work hard every day to provide quality health care to those in need. They're driven by the opportunity to help the underserved, and are motivated by developing strong relationships within our communities.
With eight Health Centers across Central Arizona, Adelante is the home for your next career. We're seeking individuals who are clinically competent, patient oriented, and able to make a positive contribution as a member of our team.
Creating a Patient-Centered Medical Home
At Adelante Healthcare, we follow the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model as an approach to provide comprehensive primary care to our current and prospective patients. We believe PCMH is critical for facilitating partnerships between our patients and their personal physicians, as well as the patient's family when appropriate. Additionally, the PCMH model encourages higher quality and lower costs, and can improve patients' and providers' experience of care.
Training the Next Generation of Providers
Adelante Healthcare Clinicians take an active role in training future primary care providers. We partner with A.T. Still University's School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona (ATSU-SOMA) to offer medical students interaction with patients while still learning basic sciences. Adelante Healthcare serves as a "community campus" for second-, third-, and fourth-year SOMA students to integrate their basic science and clinical curriculum while experiencing the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
