POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing and Community Engagement Content Manager is responsible for guiding, overseeing and executing the content marketing strategy, including facilitating ongoing content planning with a shared calendars for publication of content, managing related content creation, editing, placement, and reporting on the results of each content marketing initiative. The content manager will oversee the creation of multiple forms of communications across Adelantes digital footprint (website, apps, blogs, social media channels, etc.,). The Content Manager will lead and engage stakeholder campaigns with an effective and consistent voice, messaging and brand. This position will also be responsible for the creation of content to highlight stories, programs and services that resonate our vision of a nationally recognized integrated health care company, with any audience. Maintain the companys web content to ensure Adelantes website is updated regularly. Stay up to date with digital marketing trends to identify and innovate new content ideas.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety for all specialty behavioral health locations
  • Bachelors Degree (Masters Degree Preferred) from an accredited institution in Marketing or related field or an equivalent of directly related full-time work experience to successfully perform the essential duties of the job
  • Minimum of 5+ years experience in writing marketing collateral, communications and content/story creation.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, includes Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Content management tool experience (i.e., e.g. WordPress, Drupel, Hootsuite, or other tools used to manage and write web content).
  • Email delivery mechanisms (i.e., e.g. Eloqua, Constant Contact)
  • Experience in social media management including, creating engaging content, scheduling, and management of social media platforms.
  • Google Analytics certification or experience with using GA to evaluate performance goals for content engagement.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external vendors and customers
  • Poses ability to effectively address/resolve issues within appropriate time frames
  • Possess ability to accept and give direction in a collaborative manner
  • Ability to perform a variety of assignments requiring considerable exercise of independent judgement
  • Competency in connecting with people of various cultures and backgrounds.
  • Strong Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Valid AZ driver's license and current auto insurance

POSITION REPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL

  • Provide support on major external marketing campaigns as identified, primarily through messaging development, related member communications, events, and PR.
  • Attend events to conduct real-time social media promotion.
  • Assist creative in ensuring adherence to style guide, brand and image as reviewer and advocate.
  • Publish and promote content using Social Media scheduling tools and Web content management tools.
  • Analyze social media and Web analytics and email performance metrics , and generate performance reports.
  • Support the production outdoor advertising, brochures, flyers, publications and other marketing collateral materials
  • Social media monitoring, responding, and engaging across all channels
  • Performs other duties as assigned

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee may be subject to health hazards (contagious diseases, blood borne pathogens, etc.) when working in the clinic area.
